Designed by Simply Bathrooms (Surrey) Ltd and available exclusively in oak, with a choice of plain framed or finely reeded drawer fronts, Townhouse III showcases exceptional craftsmanship and timeless simplicity.
Available with either an undermount or countertop basin, each Townhouse vanity is handcrafted in the UK from the finest timber and finished to the exacting standards that define Parker Howley furniture.
All runners are Blum Movento soft close, and drawer boxes are made from prime grade oak with a dovetailed finish.
Standard counter-top basin unit depth & height: 500mm(d) x 800mm(h)Standard under-mount basin unit depth & height: 550mm(d) x 850mm(h)
The depth may have to increase when choosing an under-mount basin if you are specifying deck mounted taps & splashback.
Undermount – the drawer(s) where the basin(s) is to be located will become false.
Countertop – the drawer(s) where the basin(s) is to be located will have a U-shaped cut-out to provide space for pipework.
Standard top overhangs are 10mm as standard on the left, right and front sides, but can be made 20mm if preferred and we are notified.
