The larger piece in the Uxbridge family, the Uxbridge II features six drawers in a traditional three-part design with a reeded upper tier. The cabinetry draws inspiration from the architectural detailing of the A. Sanderson & Sons red brick factory (1893) and its neighbour, Voysey House (1902), designed by C.F.A. Voysey. The reeded texture references the indented brickwork of the factory, while the vertical leg detailing and balanced proportions echo the structural rhythm of Voysey’s modernist architecture.
Handcrafted in the UK from the finest timber, the Uxbridge II is available in both painted and oak finishes. Blending timeless design with everyday practicality, it offers generous storage and architectural elegance — a refined statement piece that celebrates Sanderson’s enduring heritage.
All runners are Blum Movento soft close, and drawer boxes are made from prime grade oak with a dovetailed finish.
Standard counter-top basin unit depth & height: 500mm(d) x 800mm(h)
Standard under-mount basin unit depth & height: 550mm(d) x 850mm(h)
The depth may have to increase when choosing an under-mount basin if you are specifying deck mounted taps & splashback.
- Undermount – the drawer(s) where the basin(s) is to be located will become false.
- Countertop – the drawer(s) where the basin(s) is to be located will have a U-shaped cut-out to provide space for pipework.
Standard top overhangs are 10mm as standard on the left, right and front sides, but can be made 20mm if preferred and we are notified.
